About Our Cleaning Company
A Professional Cleaning Company Serving Greater Charlotte
Coley Clean Co is a local cleaning company built by people who live in the same neighborhoods we clean. We started this residential cleaning company because the industry was full of revolving crews and hard-to-reach offices, and families in the Charlotte area deserved better.
As a professional cleaning company, we hold ourselves to a standard that goes beyond a quick wipe-down. Here is what that looks like in practice:
- Owner-operated, with the same small team on every job
- Fully insured and background-checked cleaners in every home
- Satisfaction guarantee: if something is missed, we re-clean it free
- Photo-verified before-and-after documentation on every visit
- Instant online booking that fits a busy family's schedule
- The same trusted team returns to your home every time
What We Clean
Our Cleaning Services for Homes and Properties
Coley Clean Co serves two kinds of clients across Charlotte: the families who own the homes we clean, and the businesses that depend on us to keep their properties guest-ready and tenant-ready. Each service line has its own focus, but both run on the same checklist-driven, photo-verified process.
Whether you need a home cleaning service for your own house or property cleaning services for a portfolio of units, our team builds a plan around your schedule, not the other way around.
Residential Cleaning Services
Our house cleaning services cover every stage of home life, from a one-time deep cleaning to weekly house cleaning, biweekly visits, monthly house cleaning, and move-in or move-out cleaning for buyers and sellers across the Charlotte area.

Boone was great to work with! My sellers were very pleased
Jennifer Mclamb - ★★★★★
They did a great job, especially in the bathrooms! We had them do a deep clean in our apartment and the place looks like we just moved in. Highly recommend and already looking forward to the next time!
Anna Murphy - ★★★★★
A huge THANK YOU to Elizabeth. Extra people finishing their own jobs ment she could not efficiently move from one task to the next. When I asked her how much longer she had before she needed to leave, her response was she was staying until the job was done. It was a huge relief knowing everything would be ready when the photographer came to take pictures for the my homes listing. I had previously hired 3 cleaners for 3 hours, who left the house before finishing. Elizabeth was friendly and gave me tips on how to keep my new home sparkling. The owner was equally friendly and helpful. I had to change my cleaning time, and he was very accommodating. Best decision ever to go with Coley Clean Co.
Tina Infinger - ★★★★★
We had them do a move out clean for my apartment in South End. They did a great job with the tub and shower. Everything looks brand new and we will absolutely use them again!
David G - ★★★★★
Exceptional service. Anyone needing residential or Airbnb cleanings done, I recommend hiring Coley Clean Co. The owner truly cares about the job and the customer support is elite, unlike a lot of franchises in the area where you're just a number, here you're not. If you're looking for a reliable cleaning company, you should definitely give the owner Boone a call!
Emily Williams - ★★★★★
Cole has been going above and beyond to help us manage our Airbnb. Cleanings are done right, and even documents with images between guests. We’re two cleanings in so far and I highly recommend him.
